The Body Shop Pink Grapefruit Body Wash

Hi lovelies, summer for me is all about bath. This post is intended to be a warning against addictive properties of The Body Shop products. LOL!!!First, their Born Lippy lipbalms got me hooked. Next I tried their Satsuma Body wash which even though I did not like back  then, I couldn't stay away either. When I saw the Pink grapefruit body wash at 50% discount ( you read it right), I picked it up without a second thought and I have been using this one everyday since last October with a gap of only a month between when I used the Vedic Line Lime Shower gel

It was originally priced at 300INR  ( approx) and I picked it at around 150!!

My thoughts on this: Likes:
I loved this one from my very first use. I do not prefer floral fragrance and fruits are not very rare either. This one has the bitter-sweet smell of pamplemousse rose which is very unique. It's so different from the regular fruity or floral scents.
Like most TBS body wash, a light squeeze on the loofah is sufficient to produce enough lather for my whole body .It cleanses well and above all, it gives me that fresh feeling. After a hectic day, I normally take a bath with this one which does relax me. I won't say this gives a 'spa' effect because the scent is not strong enough to linger either. But may be because I like it, I find it so perfect. Having used it for the last almost 8 months I have finished up till three quarters of it as you can see. So, I think I can safely say I see myself using this for another three months may be.

I love the golden-honey color.

Or I might say it looks like beer?

Dislikes:
  •  Sans discount I think 300 rupees for a body wash is just too much. But on a second thought, if it lasts for almost a year with regular usage, is it that expensive either?
  • I think it was a limited edition and has been discontinued.
Since there is no other option, I got a bottle of candied ginger body wash instead. :D

I can't help looking at it in the light. I almost derive a childish pleasure.

Do you like The body Shop Body wash? What variant do you like or would like to recommend me? Do let me know.
