Elle18 Compact Powder looks so cute! And surely, knows its job well.

Along with the other new products, Elle18 has launched a compact too. Since, I myself have oily skin, compacts are my best friends! So, without much ado, I started using it.
Elle18 Compact Powder in Marble
The shade that I received in my Cute Pink bag is Marble which is a bit light for my skin tone. But it
still works for me.The case in itself is really cute with the cute girl on it. It has an applicator which does an alrightish job. I still prefer using my flat buffer brush from Coastalscents and it works really well.

The powder does keep my skin oil free for some time. I have used it even on top of Nivea Soft cream and that way, it has brightened up my skintone and also kept my face matte for a long time.It is  finley milled and I am thinking of preserving it for summer again.

Likes:
  1. It is finely milled.
  2. Does brighten up the complexion a bit. ( Don;t expect too much. This is my feeling).
  3. Keeps my face matte for quite some time.
  4. Affordable.
  5. Cute case.
  6. Has got a nice mirror.
  7. It would come really handy for touch ups.
  8. Dusted on top of foundation, it sets the foundation nicely.
Dislikes:
Price. I am not saying 150 bucks is too much, but yes, it is too much for an Elle18 compact whereas you can get Lakme's Compact at around 120 which is definitely a better product.

Elle18 Compact Powder in Marble

Overall: I think in the sea of compacts, it is another good compact for oily skin.

Repurchase? Yes. It is at least way better than my Maybelline compact for sure.
