My search for HG foundation stops ( as of now) with Kryolan Dermacolor Camouflage Cream D5 and D64

When I had first reviewed the Kryolan Derma Color Camouflage, I did not like it much. But now,I have almost made a 180 degree turn. The major factor is the change in application technique.

My application technique: First, I start with CTM. (Remeber, this is a completely oil-free product. So, CTM is essential). Next, I would go back and forth and dot the product on the entire face. I would dot D65 underneath the eyes, beneath the cheekbones, etc.and D65 everywhere else. D5 is slightly
more orangish and darker than my NC40-41 skin tone. D64 is just perfect. The product, as such would get warmed up while resting on the skin. Next, I would take a large flat topped kabuki Sigma F80 or the dupe and then blend everything. I get flawless finish in no time at all!! This way, it saves much time and the finish is natural and flawless!!!

After doing my full face, I would set it with some loose powder. I assume, it would work even better with Kryolan Transluscent powder or Micro HD Powder ( As suggested by Neeraj Navare of The Beauty Traveler).

Here are the swatches for your idea and yes, on both Kiehl's event and King Fisher Bengal Fashion Week, I have been wearing this one.

    1. You need to moisturize really well. But since, it hasn't helped, I would suggest you to ensure that you have no dry flakes and that your skin had been exfoliated. besides, Blending it the key. So, keep buffing and blending with a kabuki

  18. I have been looking for a great concealer and foundation and would love to try this product in these shades as I am an NC40 and based on your pictures, these shades look beautiful! I've tried several "camouflage" concealers but nothing has worked for me :( Would you recommend using shade D5 under the eyes if I have dark circles? (I read somewhere that peachy/salmon should be used to cover darkness under the eyes) and shade D64 all over my face for acne scarring/dark spots? Also, what setting powder would you recommend? I currently use MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Medium Dark or Rimmel's stay matte powder in nude beige.
