It is that time of the month again when I eagerly wait and jot down everything I have finished up. It gives me an immense feeling of satisfaction of having actually made good use of the products. So, here are what I managed to use up till the last bit
1 Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner: I totally regret buying this one and would discourage it if you plan to buy it. I am glad it;s used up.
2 Elle18 Nail Polish: It's a top coat. The brushes in the older bottles ( this one) were so nice compared to the weird broom-like thing they have in the recent bottles of the Color Pops. I had bought it about two years ago and it has always worked fine even though it was so old.
3 Jonhson's Tip tp Toe Baby Wash: I use it as an intimate wash . Since it is mild and pH balanced, it works great for me.
4 Streetwear Nail Polish in Bridal Red: I adore this rich, deep, opaque and shiny nail polish which dries in a jiffy. At 45/50 bucks, they are a steal I must say.
5 Elle 18 Dual eye pencil: I have had this with me for a long time and I am glad to throw it away. Hard and poor on pigmentation, most of it was wasted while I tried to sharpen. The wood would just crumble. Everything about it was just so wrong!
6 Vedicline Body Wash: Yes. I loved the lemonish smell and the fact that it did not dry out or roughen my skin.
7 Pantene Shampoo: I detest it. Need I go on? It gave me dandruff. For occasional use, it;s great for it softens and moisturizes the hair. But it also leaves a residue which aggravates the dandruff like anything!
8 Lakme Invisible Finish Foundation: I had used up almost 4/5th of the bottle and I would say, if you are looking for something budget-friendly which also photographs well in the flash and if you have oily skin, it's a must have.
9 Ganier Deo: I liked it pretty much.
10 Parachute Body Lotion: I can write a poem about how much I love it. Beautifully fragranced which is not over-powering at the same time, moisturizing and yet non-sticky, it made my summers a treat!
11 Himalaya Neem Purifying Faces Wash: Do I even need to talk about it? Bacause, for the last two years I have been raving about it almost to the point of boredom!!
12: Elle18 Color Pop Nail Polish: I love the color, I love the product but I detest the brush. On an impulse I had bought quite a few bottles, now I regret. It's the brush that spoil the whole thing!

Deletethe only problem i have with lakme is that they don't list the ingredients.
ReplyDeleteTrue. But these days they are doing it. :)

ReplyDeleteHihihihi!! That's true!!
DeleteNice!! That is a lot of things you used up in one month :D
ReplyDelete:D Yes! it's not exactly in one month, but I managed to finish them up this month :D
DeleteI got a color Pop nailpolish and I love the colour, even my mom borrowed it! I like your "empties" posts, experience a vicarious pleasure, since there are so many things that I never seem to be able to finish!
ReplyDeleteExactly. Even if you didn;t go on mindless shoping sorees, once you look around, you would find loads of products starting from facewashes to kajals may be just lying around
Deletewow that lot of items ..i kinda like that red nail polish ..
ReplyDelete:D I love that!
DeleteThats a lot of products used up!!!Woow!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Deletethts a lot of products...:)) Time to shop again.... I liked the baby wash and red polish:))
ReplyDeleteI so agree on the first :P Yes. the baby wash really comes handy and the red polish was so gorgeous! Il me manque :P
Deletei liked the maybelline unstoppable in brown-was my fav brow product(never tried it as liner so dunno about dat)...n i love the johnsons head to toe wash...havn seen it at ne of the shops here in Qatar so I had my parents get a big bottle for me from India :-) it my HG brush cleanser+occasional face wash+ body wash all packed into one.....totaly agree with u on the elle 18 nail pops brush-crappiest one I've used till date....
ReplyDeleteI think you are actually right. The waxiness may help in taming the brow and it might be the brow product Maybelline has been selling here as eye definer. Thanks for the idea!
ReplyDeleteYes, the JJ is so mild and gentle. But I don;t like too mild things for my brushes though because I feel as if I have not cleaned them properly ( mental block).
Hahaha! Usually brands move from worse to better. Elle18 is a trendsetter in going the otherwise IMO :P
Out of these products, I have only used Pantene shampoo..
ReplyDeleteLove ur project empties.. :)
