The Body Shop Brush on Radiance Sunlight Pearls ( Perles Iridescentes Corail) is making my days more radiant!
Pearls have a strange attraction. They call out to me. But, I prefer pearly things in my cosmetics products. I had seen the Guerlain products and have always wanted those meteorites. But on learning those are more of hypes, I started looking elsewhere for something to satiate my yearning.
Here comes The Body Shop with it's mega sale and BAM! I located The Body Shop
Brush on Radiance Pearls ( Iridescent Corail) .On finding these on offer, I knew, I couldn't sleep if I let this go.
On opening the pot, I found the softest sponge pressed down to keep the beads from rolling. ( I hear those are also applicators). I have least thoughts since all I wanted to do is swirl my brush on the pearls! I was half expecting the brush to light up in shimmers. But no, it did not. I had to swirl quite a few times to get the desired amount. I say that's good because it gives more control.
On dusting on the cheeks, I was again expecting my face to turn into a disco ball. But even though these are by no means most finely-milled shimmers, they are not very chunky either. This blush does add a warm color to the cheeks. It is in short, a bronzer, blush and highlighter all rolled into one. If you notice, the beads have a variety of colors.
In short:
It looks good.
The glitters are not chunky.
Gives a nice glow.
The light coral color is noticeable, but nothing over the top.
The amount of product can be controlled since the balls don;t crumble around much.
On days, when I am not wearing the Isadora highlighter, I don't forget to dust this one. It not only brightens up my face, I myself derive a feel-good factor.
28 grams of product costs around 1295 INR.
I know it is not very affordable. but, I would suggest to keep an eye on The Body Shop's Sales which might be a bargain for you!
Shall I repurchase? I think, given the size, my grandchildren might be playing around. But in case I do run out, I would definitely want to pick it up again.
