Beauty Empties of September and mini reviews.
Once this Pujo madness got over, I realized, how much I am lagging behind. I just discovered that I did not post my August beauty Empties, even though I had done the shooting and all. Since it's already too late for that, I am putting up a photo of the trash on my Facebook page instead. In the meantime, let's start with this post.My beauty Empties of September |
Here is the huge empties!
These chiefly contain bath and body products with some skincare and makeup thrown in.
Nivea Creme Coconut shower gel: I LOVE this one! I was never the biggest fan of coconut scents.
But, this one smells of the raw and fresh coconut kernel mixed with a little vanilla and it smells so so good! On some days, I would even wash my hair with this just so that I can sniff the heavenly scent!
Tresemme Salon Spa Shampoo and Conditioner: I liked this duo. Yeah. Honestly, this worked well to manage my unmanageable frizz and made my hair soft and shiny. I am dfinitely repurchasing it.
Garnier Fructis Long and Strong Shampoo: I am not the biggest fan. But, my mum loves it.
Biotique BioMargosa Shampoo: This one needs special attention. I am repurchasing it. ( Says something about how I feel, right?)
Aroma Magic Mineral Scrub: It's a good scrub. But, a little too abrasive for my skin.
Garnier PureActive Neem Face Wash: yes! Spanks the acne! Definitely repurchase!
Lakme Perfect Radiance Serum: It has silicone. But, I had no issue and it hydrated and worked as a beautiful hydrating primer in colder months. I liked it, but I may not repurchase.
Lakme Total Clean Up Mask: I have used two tubes of it and I like it for a regular clean up mask. But, with my growing stash, perhaps, I would not want to revisit soon.
Garnier PureActive Face Wash: Good to have one in my stash.
Makeup declutter |
Isadora Volume and Curl Mascara: I liked this one. But, since these are free of most of the preserving chemicals, one needs to discard soon after opening. I wish I had better access to these.
Oriflame the ONE washable Mascara: I loved this one.
Luscious Cosmetics Mascara: It needs special attention.
Nivea Lip Balm in Cherry: Nivea Lip Balms rarely fail me and this one was no exception.
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder: I could have used up the last bits, but since the color is way too dark, I decided to let it go.
Colorbar Nail POlish Remover: I never thought I would feature a nail polish remover. But, this one is so gentle and yet effective. Couldn't help mentioning.
Lastly, the samples:
The tiny ones |
Za Collagen etc Cream: I MUST review this tiny sample.
Avene Sunscreens: I enjoyed using these on hot summer days to protect my skin and they did their job well.
So, here' s my empties post for September. My October empties do not seem to be that promising. But, I can try to do my best!
Stay tuned.
Xoxo.
